Keith Short

Keith Short serves as the Director of Global Device/Accessory Manufacturing and Engineering Operations at Juul Labs since 2021, overseeing a team that collaborates with suppliers and contract manufacturers to fulfill business objectives. Prior experience includes a tenure at Poly from 2003 to 2021, where Keith held roles including Director of Product Engineering and Senior Manager, significantly contributing to the company's revenue growth from $400 million to $1.7 billion through successful product launches. Earlier, Keith worked as a Sr. Staff Product Engineer at Polycom, a Project Engineer at Xplore Technologies Corporation, and in various engineering roles at IBM from 1993 to 1997, including New Products Manufacturing Engineer and Production Manager. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
