Mark Webster

Mark Webster currently serves as Sr. Manager of Compensation at Juul Labs, having joined the company in May 2019. Prior to this, Mark held senior positions at Johnson Controls and Tyco, focusing on total rewards operations and compensation across various global regions, including the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. Mark's earlier experience includes roles as Employment Specialist at Harvard Medical School, Human Resources Officer at Harvard Divinity School, and Assistant Director of HRIS at Harvard Law School, where responsibilities ranged from HRIS management to staffing and payroll administration. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and International Relations from Tulane University.
