Satya Ojha

Satya Ojha is an experienced professional with a strong background in materials science and sustainability. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO for Global Lifestyle Brands at SC Johnson since November 2020, Satya also holds the title of Director of Sustainability and Product Maintenance. Prior roles include Senior Materials Scientist at JUUL Labs, where Satya initiated a compostable and biodegradable polymers program. Previous experiences include Technical Project Manager at Lumileds, Senior Scientist at The Clorox Company, and multiple positions at The Dow Chemical Company focusing on sustainable materials development. Satya's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Textile Engineering and Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
