Xin Yang

Xin Yang is an accomplished Senior Scientist and Organic Chemist at Juul Labs, with a focus on advancing materials for energy applications. Prior experience includes a role as Research Chemist at The Lubrizol Corporation, where Xin contributed to the development of materials for Li-Ion and redox flow batteries. At The Ohio State University, Xin led research on electrochemical CO2 reduction catalysts, securing significant funding from the US Air Force and Department of Energy. Additionally, as a Graduate Research Associate at Okayama University, Xin designed organic molecules for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells and collaborated with prestigious research institutes. Xin's early research includes developing dye-sensitized solar cells at AIST and a summer internship at WuXi AppTec focused on molecular structures. Xin holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Okayama University and a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Tongji University.
