Liz Pielow

Liz Pielow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Co-Owner of Sweet Chocolat since September 2017 and as the Human Resources Manager at Juut Salon Spa since May 2020, Liz is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment. Prior to these roles, Liz led the development of three Sport Clips franchises in the Minneapolis area as a Franchisee Team Leader from 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, Liz provided human resources consulting services for small to medium-sized organizations from 2002 to 2012, focusing on employee training, performance management, and organizational audits. Liz holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgia State University.
