Ivan Avramović

Ivan Avramović has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2015, Ivan worked as an intern at the National Pest Management Association, where they assisted with database management and conducted research on the connection between pest management and public health.

In 2015, Ivan also interned at the Dialogue and Difference Project, gaining valuable experience in facilitating dialogue and understanding between different groups.

From 2014 to 2016, Ivan held multiple roles at George Mason University, including Resident Advisor, Telecounselor, and Global Problem Solving Fellow, where they contributed to the university community and honed their problem-solving skills.

In 2016, Ivan served as a Program Officer at the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy, working on peacebuilding projects in Kenya, including grant writing and curriculum development.

In 2017, Ivan had two concurrent positions: an Editorial Assistant at the World Affairs Journal, where they researched and edited content related to foreign policy, and a Graduate Resident Director at George Mason University, where they supervised a staff and oversaw undergraduate students' housing.

From 2018 to 2020, Ivan worked as an Admissions Counselor and later as a Senior Admissions Counselor at 2U, assisting students in the admissions process.

In 2021, Ivan joined Revolutionary Integration Group Inc. as a Data Analyst, analyzing data to support the company's operations.

And currently, Ivan is a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Juvare, responsible for optimizing sales operations.

Ivan Avramović has pursued a comprehensive education in various fields. In 2012, they enrolled at George Mason University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in both Conflict Analysis and Resolution and Global Affairs in 2016. Following their undergraduate studies, Ivan continued their academic journey at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from 2016 to 2018. In 2020, they enrolled in Quinnipiac University, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, expected to be completed in 2023.
