John Maylie

John Maylie has extensive experience in the field of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). John is currently working as a Senior Product Manager for Crisis Track at Juvare since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of President at Crisis Track from 2013 to 2023. John also worked as a Group Lead Project Managers/Consultants at Esri from 2004 to 2013, where they supervised a team and provided consulting services to federal clients, particularly FEMA. Before joining Esri, they served as a GIS Coordinator at Wade Trim from 2001 to 2004, leading their GIS program and consulting with local governments on GIS implementation. John's earlier experience includes working as a GIS Coordinator at URS Corporation from 1998 to 2001, managing GIS production projects and supervising a team of analysts and programmers. John started their career as a GIS Analyst at URS Corporation (formerly Dames & Moore) from 1996 to 1998.

John Maylie attended Penn State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography. Following that, they went on to attend Louisiana State University from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Geography.
