Nadia Surdu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nadia started their career as a Customer Service Representative at USA Vein Clinics Northbrook IL in 2014, where they handled customer care calls and scheduled appointments. From 2017 to 2019, Nadia worked as a QA Specialist at Symund, conducting manual tests and ensuring the functionality of the application and database. Nadia then joined TRANSMUDA in 2019 as a QA Engineer, where they developed automation test cases using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and other tools. In 2021, Nadia moved to ServiceNow as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, gaining experience with the ServiceNow platform and creating comprehensive test plans. Currently, they are a QA Engineer at Juvare since 2022.
