Rawle D Alexander has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Rawle D served as a Service Delivery Team Leader at Exela Technologies, formerly Novitex Enterprise Solutions, where they led and aligned a team of 11+ staff in providing helpdesk services, document digitization, and data extraction operations. Rawle D Alexander obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology from Broward College, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996. Later, in 2007, Rawle enrolled in the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they focused on Computer and Information Systems Security. In 2008, they successfully earned their Masters of Information Systems Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
