Andrew Smith is an experienced budget and financial analyst with a proven track record in fiscal management. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst at the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County since June 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Financial Analyst at ION Media Networks from June 2018 to April 2022, and worked as an Operations Analyst at ISCHEBECK USA, INC. from August 2016 to June 2018. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained between 2014 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, completed in 2013.
