Beth Houghton

Beth Houghton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Beth is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Juvenile Welfare Board since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of St. Petersburg Free Clinic from December 2011 to August 2019. Beth also held the position of Chair, Board of Directors at Signature Bank (St. Petersburg) from September 1999 to March 2007. Beth started their career at Arthur Andersen & Co., CPAs as a Tax Manager in 1980 and later worked as the CFO and General Counsel at All Children's Hospital from August 1986 to June 1998.

Beth Houghton received a JD degree in Law from Stetson University College of Law from 1978 to 1980. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 1977 to 1978. Beth also holds a BA degree in Political Science and Economics from Tulane University, which they completed from 1973 to 1977. Additionally, Beth Houghton is a certified Florida Attorney, accredited by the Florida Bar in 1980.
