Lynda Leedy, JD, currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Administrative Services Director at the Juvenile Welfare Board, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include developing human resources policies, guiding organizational structure, and overseeing the JWB Strategic Plan. Previously, Lynda was the Interim Executive Director/Deputy Director at the Pinellas County Department of Health and Community Services, managing operational and strategic initiatives, including outreach programs and health service expansions. Earlier experiences include serving as Project Manager for the Tampa Bay Partnership, where Lynda led health improvement initiatives, and a long tenure at the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, covering various roles in finance, strategy, and policy development. Lynda holds a Doctor of Law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
