Halaylanderson Mendes da Silva has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Starting as a Developer at Faculdade Pitagoras, they then moved to Central IT - Governança Corporativa as a Técnico de Operação e Serviço Remoto in 2019. That same year they also became a Programador Junior at Montreal Oficial. In 2020, they joined PULSE as a Programador Junior III, where they helped develop CRM and ERP platforms for Grupo Mateus, a conglomerate of retail companies. Halaylanderson also worked to implement the design system and developed tools that facilitated the daily activities of staff in the financial and business areas. In 2021, they moved to WEBJUMP as a Tech Lead Mobile and then to Juvo as a Senior Frontend Engineer. Here, they transitioned the Tigo Money application to its availability on three platforms: Android, iOS and Web. Halaylanderson also contributed to UI/UX improvements, development of new features and product roadmap definition. Halaylanderson worked closely with the business team and helped turn product requirements into technical tasks.
Halaylanderson Mendes da Silva completed a Post-Graduate degree in Governance of IT from UNIASSELVI between 2019 and 2020. From 2015 to 2018, Halaylanderson attended Facudade Pitágoras de São Luís and Faculdade Pitagoras, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition, Halaylanderson holds three certifications: SCRUM Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf obtained in June 2020, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in July 2019, and CertiProf Continuous Learner from CertiProf obtained in August 2020.
