Maurício Botelho

Maurício Botelho has over twenty-five years of experience in the IT industry. In 1994, they were the Sócio-Gerente of Dinâmica Software, where they managed the company's software development and created a new development platform. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Softplan Planejamento de Sistemas LTDA as a Business Analyst and Systems Analyst, where they developed systems in the area of human resources for public and private companies. During this period, they were responsible for the design of a complex payroll system in the public area. In 2013, they worked as an IT Consultant at Caixa Econômica Federal, implementing the CRM system at Unimed Grande Florianópolis. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Cerâmica Portobello as a PMO - Project Manager and at Ibrowse Consultoria e Informática as a Project Manager and HR Requirements Analyst. In 2017, they worked at Audora Tecnologia e Serviços as a Senior Project Manager. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Akropoli Analytics & Tecnologia as a Gerente de Projetos and currently works at Juvo as a Scrum Master, acompanhando as cerimônias, auxiliando o P. O. na organização e distribuição das tarefas, auxiliando a equipe no desenvolvimento, como também gerando os informes gerencias necessários para a visibilidade do andamento dos projetos.

Maurício Botelho obtained a Systems Analyst degree from ACEI in 1991-1993. Maurício then attended Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2005-2008, graduating with a University graduate degree in Exact and Earth Sciences - Information Systems. Maurício then attended Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina from 2008-2009, obtaining a Specialist degree in Ciências Exatas e da Terra - Engenharia de Projetos de Software. Finally, they attended Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2012-2015, obtaining a Master in Knowledge Engineering in Engenharia do conhecimento. Additionally, they hold certifications in Kanban Foundation (KIKF) TM from CertiProf (2020), SFPS - Scrum Fundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf (2020), PMP - Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (2009), and CPRE-FL from International Requirements Engineering Board - IREB® CPRE-FL (The Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering).
