Ajay Shroff

Ajay Shroff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ajay is currently the Vice President of Strategic Operations at Juxtapose, a creation-oriented investment firm specializing in technology businesses. Prior to this, Ajay held the position of Director of Strategic Operations at HEADQUARTERS and Harry's, Inc. Ajay also has experience as a Senior Manager and Manager in various strategy and development roles. Ajay's early career includes positions at The Boston Consulting Group, where they served as an Associate, and Social Impact Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant. Additionally, they had internships at The Boston Consulting Group and MetroBank, SA.

Ajay Shroff studied at the University of Pennsylvania, where they completed the Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business. Ajay obtained a BS in Economics with a concentration in Marketing, as well as a BA in International Studies with minors in Spanish and Music. Ajay also attended The Wharton School, where they earned a BS in Economics with a concentration in Marketing.
