Ricardo Ordonez

Ricardo Ordonez has been in the telecommunication industry for over 20 years. Ricardo started their career in 2000 as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. In 2002, they became the CFO at International Rubber Products, Inc., where they were responsible for five acquisitions, two divestitures, one private placement and one mezzanine capital raise. In 2012, they joined Beacon Healthcare Systems, Inc. as the start-up CFO, setting up the initial accounting and financial systems, Human Resource systems, financial projection templates, and financial reports for the Board of Directors. In 2014, they became the General Manager at Juxto, a leading wholesale provider of real-time communications. Currently, they are the RTC Practice Manager at Synoptek, where they are responsible for delivering Microsoft Teams Phone System, integrating real-time communication services into the Microsoft Teams app.

Ricardo Ordonez attended Loyola Marymount University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business and a minor in Accounting.
