Was in the Boysun district of the Surkhandarya region. In 1996 he graduated from the Tashkent State Technical University with a degree in geological engineering, and hydrogeologist.
In 2001, he joined "Agromir" as the Head of the Raw Materials Department. Then in 2002, he was transferred to the Deputy Director of Purchase and Sale. In 2003 the JV AGROMIR was founded and he was transferred to the position of Deputy General Director of Commercial Affairs. In 2009, he was appointed as the General Manager of the agricultural firm. Since 2012, he has been appointed to the position of the General Manager of JV AGROMIR LOGISTICS LLC. Since 2020, he has been appointed to the position of the Manager of JV AGROMIR LLC Samarkand filial and currently works at this enterprise.
During the working period, he tried to be fair and behave with his subordinates, demanding precise fulfillment of tasks and discipline, and tried to understand the problems of workers, to solve those problems with a high degree of efficiency.
