Andrey Chebotarev

Andrey Chebotarev is currently serving as Head of the Procurement Department at JV Poltava Petroleum Company since July 2023. Prior to this, Andrey held the same title at UKRNAFTOBURINNYA PJSC (UNB) from March 2018 to December 2023 and at DTEK from October 2005 to December 2017. Andrey also worked as the Deputy Head of the Project Office at JSC Ukrainian Railway from June 2018 to June 2019. Andrey's educational background includes a Master's degree in Banking from Donetsk National University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, and completion of the INSEAD-DTEK Executive Development Programme "Energy of Leader" at INSEAD in 2016-2017.
