Lance Harrison

Lance Harrison is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in design and engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at JVIS USA LLC since April 2024, Lance previously held positions such as Design Release Engineer at Workhorse Group Inc., where responsibilities included launching the W750 Step Van into production. At Rivian, as a Senior Design Engineer, Lance was instrumental in the development of the Headliner, Hard Trim, and Visors. Prior experience includes significant contributions at General Motors, where key projects involved the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra headliner and the Chevy Volt, among others. Lance began the engineering career as a Project Engineer at Lear Corporation and Delphi Interior and Lighting, focusing on various automotive components, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
