Phillip Fielder is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in gage and fixture management, currently serving as Gage and Fixture Manager at JVIS USA LLC since March 2017. Throughout the career, Phillip has been involved in the RFQ process, sourcing, design, and delivery of gages and check fixtures, both domestically and internationally. Prior roles include serving as the Lead Gage Engineer for the Floor Console system at Chrysler Group LLC, where responsibilities included leading the design and implementation of check fixtures. Additional experience includes positions at Dimensional Control Systems and Faurecia, focusing on dimensional control and lead engineering for interior cockpit systems. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from Mott Community College.
