Hannah Papazian plays an essential role at JVM as a primary member of JVM’s esteemed Client Advisor team. As a Senior Client Advisor, Hannah has educated, advised, and guided thousands of clients through JVM’s loan process. Hannah’s congeniality, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to break down the complex loan process into a seamless process for borrowers have garnered her hundreds of 5-star reviews from real estate agents and borrowers alike. Hannah acts as the primary liaison for clients who are planning to refinance their mortgage. She is the first person to reach out to new clients to answer and address all of their questions and concerns, and she remains available throughout every transaction to ensure clients are never in the dark or confused about any of the steps along the way. Hannah takes special pride in her dedication to educating buyers and updating Agent Partners to ensure a smooth closing process – even on the weekends.

Prior to joining JVM, Hannah spent years cultivating her invaluable skillset in managing relationships and creative problem-solving. Hannah graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she was actively involved in campus life. While there, she managed and oversaw the University’s Annual Fundraising Center and raised thousands of dollars each year for campus activities. Hannah also excelled as a Business Development Representative for AppFolio, where she built long-lasting relationships with client accounts and led strategic growth initiatives for the company.
