Jenifer Wiand

Jenifer Wiand is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management and operations. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at JVM Realty Corporation since February 2023, Jenifer is responsible for training and software support for a region consisting of 12 multifamily housing properties. Previously, Jenifer held various leadership roles, including Regional Manager and Community Director at Dietz Property Group, where the successful management of a 192-unit luxury community was highlighted.
