Raymond Snyder

Raymond Snyder is an experienced service manager and maintenance supervisor with a strong background in multifamily property management. Currently serving as Service Manager for JVM Realty Corporation since July 2023, Raymond has previously held key positions at Lauth Group, Inc. as Maintenance Supervisor, and at Becovic Management Group as Senior Maintenance Supervisor. Additional experience includes roles at Avenue5 Residential, TGM Communities as Maintenance Director, Herman and Kittle Properties, Inc. as Maintenance Supervisor, and Greystar in various service roles. Notable achievements include managing operations for high-rise luxury apartments and overseeing major renovations for large apartment complexes. Raymond holds a diploma in Architecture, Science, and Math from Carmel High School and studied at Kaplan University from 2007 to 2009.
