Jeff Carr

Jeff Carr is an experienced executive leader with a strong background in non-profit management and public service. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at JVS SoCal, Carr previously held the CEO position at Albertina Kerr, where responsibilities included managing one of Oregon's largest non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Carr's career also features roles as Interim CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles and Chief Operating Officer for the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015. Additionally, as Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Los Angeles and Deputy Mayor for Gang Reduction & Youth Development, Carr focused on city governance and community safety initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Northwest Nazarene University.
