Alex Fay is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Permanent Recruiting Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter at JVT Advisors since March 2020, Alex excels in building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate career advancement and business growth. Prior to JVT Advisors, Alex held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC and progressed through various roles at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, culminating as Senior Team Lead. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for March of Dimes and working as an Account Executive at American Resource Staffing.
