Jennifer Espinoza has a robust background in hospitality management, currently serving as the Director of Quality and Brand at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since July 2021. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Hotel Manager at Residence Inn Miami Beach Surfside from March 2018 to July 2021 and spent a decade at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, where responsibilities included managing front office operations and driving revenue growth at notable properties such as Delano Hotel and Shore Club Hotel. Jennifer's notable achievements include significant improvements in guest experience metrics, revenue enhancement initiatives, and recognition through several managerial awards.
