Alma Ding

Alma Ding has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting as Finance Manager at Crowne Plaza Jinan from June 2001 to June 2009, Alma progressed to various leadership roles at Sheraton Jinan Hotel, including EAM-Finance and FC from 2010 to 2014, and later served as Hotel Manager and Acting GM from 2015 to 2016. Alma also held the position of Complex General Manager at Le Méridien+FP by Sheraton and General Manager at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts from July 2016 to May 2020, followed by General Manager at Renaissance Xi'an until August 2022. Currently, Alma is the General Manager at JW Marriott since September 2022. Throughout the career, Alma demonstrated strong financial acumen, operational oversight, and leadership in various capacities within the hotel sector.
