Dirham Haque is the Director of Culinary at JW Marriott, bringing extensive experience from prestigious culinary roles, including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. They have also served as Chef de Cuisine at Jumeirah Group and The Oberoi Group, highlighting a successful career in high-end hospitality. Dirham holds a BA(H) in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, and has been recognized with accolades such as Three Black Hats and a Bocuse d’Or victory. Their culinary expertise is further showcased through participation in Asia’s 50 Best and India’s Top 10 Young Chefs.
