Aleksandra Bienas

Aleksandra Bienas currently serves as the Head of People and Administration at JWA since May 2025, focusing on fostering growth and efficient operations. Previously, Aleksandra held various roles at 10Clouds from May 2023 to May 2025, including People and Culture Manager, where responsibilities encompassed employee well-being and managing key HR areas. Additional experience includes positions at Codewise, where Aleksandra was the Head of People and Culture, and at XTRF™ as HR & Administration Manager. With a background in marketing and administration across different companies, Aleksandra holds a degree from Jagiellonian University, completed in 2005.
