Roni Hartman

Roni Hartman has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Roni'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at JWF Industries, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR for a metal manufacturing company. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC), focusing on talent acquisition and company culture. Roni also held various HR roles at CTC, SAIC-Frederick, Genuity, GTE Internetworking, BBN Technologies, Raytheon E-Systems, Holy Cross Hospital, and St. Vincent Medical Center, where they gained experience in employee relations, recruitment, and staffing efforts.

Roni Hartman pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, which they completed from 1984 to 1988. Afterwards, they attended Xavier University from 1988 to 1990, where they earned a Master's degree in Hospital and Health Care Administration. In addition to their academic qualifications, Roni Hartman holds certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification, obtained from HRCI in November 2019, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, obtained from the HR Certification Institute in November 2007.
