Mike Leverenz

Mike Leverenz has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as an Operations Process Specialist at JX Truck Center since March 2002, where responsibilities include process improvement and training development. Previous roles at JX Truck Center include Service Manager, overseeing service department operations, Asst Service Director, focusing on corporate service operations, and Corporate Warranty Manager, where efficiencies in warranty processes were implemented across multiple locations. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Service Advisor and Outside Parts Field Sale Coordinator at JX Peterbilt from January 1990 to March 2000. Mike graduated from Verona High School in 1988.
