Alison Rishworth-Nørgaard has a strong background in web content, UX, and CRO (conversion rate optimization). Alison currently works as a Web Content and CRO Specialist at JFM since 2022. Previously, they served as the Marketing and Customer Service Manager at Skipperi Denmark, a tech start-up in the boating industry, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Webeditor at Radikale Venstre from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for website management, content creation, and UX optimization.

Alison also has experience working at IKEA, where they held various roles from 2016 to 2020. Alison was a Country Online Content Specialist, UX and CRO responsible from 2019 to 2020, a UX and CRO responsible Web Specialist from 2018 to 2019, and a Local Web-, Social Media-, and IKEA FAMILY Coordinator from 2016 to 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for online content creation, copywriting, SEO, and social media strategy.

Before their time at IKEA, Alison worked as a Marketing Assistant, assisting with online newsletters, press kits, and social media posts. Alison also gained experience in PR and communication at AC-PR & Creative Boutique in 2015, where they wrote press releases, assisted at client events, and wrote blog posts. Overall, Alison has a diverse skill set in web content, UX, CRO, marketing, and PR.

Alison Rishworth-Nørgaard completed their Master's Degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication from Leeds Beckett University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication, English and Media from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have acquired several additional certifications, including Google Analytics Advanced from Google in July 2020, Content square fundamentals from Contentsquare in September 2019, UX Foundation Training from UX Design Institute in October 2018, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in August 2019.
