Lisbeth Henricksen

Lisbeth Henricksen has extensive experience in agricultural innovation, particularly in the areas of livestock management and sustainability. At SEGES Innovation, from November 2015 to October 2019, Lisbeth served as Executive Vice President, Innovation, leading the development of new tools and products for farmers while engaging in partnership development and fundraising. Prior roles included Specialized Senior Manager for Pigs, with a focus on feed efficiency, health, and data management, as well as Manager of the Feed Efficiency team at SEGES Pig Research Centre. Since March 2025, Lisbeth has been a Member of the Board of Representatives at Jyske Bank. Lisbeth holds a Master of Science in Agriculture from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole and has completed a program in Service Excellence from CBS Executive Fonden.
