Annette Groenink

Annette Groenink has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at K1 Packaging Group, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they were a Member at Chief from July 2021 onwards. From 2019 to 2023, Annette served as the EVP North America and Latin America and later as the Chief Executive Officer at Zume Inc. Annette was also the Sr Vice President, International and Specialty Business at Menasha Packaging from 2018 to 2019. Annette held the position of Vice President International Operations and later Group Vice President at Menasha Packaging from 2012 to 2018. Before that, they worked at The Strive Group as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior VP Operations from 2010 to 2012 and 2007 to 2010 respectively. Annette has also contributed to companies like MeadWestvaco, Cascades, and Fort James Corporation in various managerial roles. Annette began their professional career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer and Maintenance Control Officer from 1987 to 1994.

Annette Groenink has an MBA from Xavier University and a BA from Hope College.
