Esther H. Tsao

Esther H. Tsao is a Project Manager at K1 Packaging Group since May 2018. Prior to that, Esther H. worked as a Pharmacy Clerk at Puente Hills Pharmacy from July 2010 to May 2018. Esther managed the checkout experience for over 200 patients daily, which led to a 35% increase in customer satisfaction ratings. Esther H. also streamlined the physical layout and product displays of OTC products, resulting in a 25% increase in customer volume. Esther holds an Associate of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Mt. San Antonio College.
