Tom Olson

Tom Olson is a technology leader with extensive experience in IT service delivery and executive operations. Currently, as the Vice President of Technical Services at a leading Managed Services Provider and a Director of Sales at both K-12 Technology Group and Wave2 Networks, they oversee engineering, service desk operations, and project delivery, while fostering continuous improvement and leadership development. Previously, Tom held roles such as Sr. Manager of IT Operations at Foot Locker and General Manager at TSR Solutions. A graduate of Marian University of Fond du Lac with a degree in Information Technology, Tom is passionate about empowering teams and aligning technology with business outcomes.
