Marsha Lindo has a diverse work experience in procurement and logistics roles. Marsha most recently worked as the Director of Purchasing at K-Bro Linen Systems, where they oversaw the procurement and management of linen processing services for healthcare institutions, hotels, and commercial accounts. Before that, they served as a Global Procurement & Logistics Specialist at intMPE Group, where they established supply agreements and conducted fair procurement processes for mining and process industries. Marsha has also worked as a Procurement Specialist at the National Irrigation Commission Limited, the Agro Investment Corporation Ltd, and the Office of the Prime Minister of Jamaica, where they were responsible for conducting open and fair procurement processes and providing consultative expertise to the departments. Their initial work experience was as a Procurement and Logistics Officer at Isratech Jamaica Limited, where they managed day-to-day purchasing operations for agricultural and municipal products.
Marsha Lindo has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended Knox Community College and obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management, which they completed in 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance at Northern Caribbean University from 2007 to 2011. In 2017, Marsha achieved the "Advanced Competence in Public Procurement" certification from the University Council of Jamaica. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained the "Introduction to the Government of Jamaica Procurement Policies & Procedures" certification from the Ministry of Finance and Planning. Marsha further expanded their education by completing a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management- Global Logistics at Seneca College in 2018.
