John Candelora

John has more than 40 years of experience in the construction of high-rise commercial and residential buildings, industrial complexes, marinas and single family homes. Starting his career as a laborer, John quickly rose through the ranks gaining experience as an apprentice, journeyman and carpenter foreman prior to becoming a Project Superintendent and then General Superintendent. In his role as Director of Business Development, John is charged with developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients. Drawing from his years of hands-on field experience, John takes a proactive approach assisting potential clients in the preconstruction phase. Able to understand all facets of construction from site preparation to occupancy, John has a unique perspective and often offers ideas that lead to the most cost effective and efficient approach to building a project, not just a structure. John is a card carrying Union Journeyman Carpenter (Local 218 - Boston, MA) and a State Certified General Contractor in Florida.
