Allen Rector

Allen Rector is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Construction at K. Hovnanian® Homes since March 2021, Allen has previously held significant positions including Vice President and General Manager at T.A.C., National Head of Construction at Opendoor, and various leadership roles at Stanley Martin Homes, where responsibilities included oversight of multiple divisions. Allen’s career began at Winchester Homes as Director of Operations, followed by a Vice President role at Pulte Homes. Educational credentials include training at MCAGCC/MCCES/MCI and an Executive Education degree in Finance from the University of Washington.
