Eric Sadkin

Eric Sadkin currently serves as Director of Growth Strategy at K. Hovnanian® Homes, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Partner in Solutions at McKinsey & Company from January 2019 to October 2021, and Strategic Partner Management at Instacart from March 2015 to June 2017. Eric founded and served as CEO of PromptSmart from September 2014 to March 2015, where the creation of a patented speech recognition-based teleprompter app led to its achievement as the top-selling app in its category. Earlier positions at McKinsey & Company included Engagement Manager and Senior Associate from July 2011 to September 2014. Additional experience includes a Corporate Finance Internship at Diageo in 2010 and a role as a Commercial Associate at Terranova Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
