Michael Fulmer

Michael Fulmer serves as Division President and previously as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at K. Hovnanian® Homes since September 2007. Michael directs a Land Team focused on acquiring, entitling, and developing single-family residential opportunities in the Greater Phoenix Marketplace. Notably, the team has been responsible for numerous newly acquired subdivisions across various municipalities since late 2009. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition at Richmond American Homes from January 2003 to August 2007, overseeing acquisition and entitlement for three operating divisions in Phoenix. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 2003.
