Tara Pratt

Tara Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the National Specifications Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes since March 2015, Tara has consistently advanced within the company, beginning as a temp in Community Setup. Previous roles include Assistant Architectural Production Manager, where Tara created comprehensive training documentation and managed construction document compliance, and Community Setup Manager, where departmental organization and software program implementation were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes positions at Artisys Corporation, MEDVAL, LLC, PDC Inc., ENGINEERED FRAMING SYSTEMS INC, Fieldstone Mortgage Company, Giant Food, and the Naval Flight Information Group, demonstrating a strong background in office management, training manual development, and process improvement. Tara holds a high school diploma from Chesapeake Christian School, completed in 1999.
