Joe Howe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Joe started their career at Resources For Living in 1999 as an IT Manager and worked there until 2004. Joe then joined UT Austin - Cockrell School of Engineering in 2004 and held various IT roles such as Network/Security Administrator, Assistant Director for IT/Senior IT Manager, and Part Time IT Professional. In 2013, they joined BlueBolt Technology Management as the Chief Problem Solver. Since 2012, they have been working at K&J Woodworks in roles including Director of Finance and Technology, CFO/CTO, and currently serves as the President.
Joe Howe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UT Dallas from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, Joe attended Abilene Christian University from 1995 to 1997.

K&J Woodworks is a family owned business founded in 1987 with the vision of becoming the highest quality custom millwork producer based out of the state of Texas. K&J designs, fabricates, and installs custom architectural woodwork and fixtures for commercial clients across the United States.
