Ines Molinero Vion

Ines Molinero Vion is currently serving as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at K-LAGAN since November 2023, focusing on the recruitment of future talents for the France business unit and conducting candidate interviews. Previously, Ines worked as an Engineering Future Talent Recruiter at Hays from July to October 2023, where active candidate searches were conducted within the engineering division. Additionally, Ines held the position of Técnico de recursos humanos at Familia Torres from January to May 2023, managing training plans and organizing training sessions. Ines is pursuing a Máster en Psicopedagogía at Universitat de Barcelona, with an expected completion in June 2025, and holds a Grado en Pedagogía from the same institution, obtained in June 2023. Ines also studies Psicología at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since February 2020 and completed educación at Lycée Français de Barcelone in June 2019.
