María Carolina Farfán Ramírez

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various roles related to nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and taught as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
