Alex Mackensen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Alex started their career at Cuts Fitness for Men as a Front Desk and Trainer, where they provided customer service, maintained equipment, and offered fitness advice. Alex then worked at Target as a Guest Services, Cashier, and Cart Attendant, managing guest relations, performing cashier duties, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store. In 2011, Alex joined Hope Point as a Media Technitian, responsible for setting up and operating audio-visual equipment, training volunteers, and overseeing the tech department. Alex subsequently moved on to Educational Media Foundation, where they held various positions, including Noc Engineer, Shop Broadcast Technician, Field Broadcast Technician, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Engineer. Overall, Alex has demonstrated expertise in technical operations, customer service, and team management throughout their career.

Alex Mackensen attended Yuba College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in General Education for Transfer, with a field of study in Engineering. Following this, they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering at California State University-Sacramento from 2009 to 2012.
