Shaun Carrigan

Shaun Carrigan currently serves as the Senior Manager of Software Support at Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks, where the focus is on solving complex challenges in people, processes, and technology while enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, Shaun held various roles at Veeva Systems from August 2011 to September 2015, including Veeva CRM Release Engineer and CRM Technology Manager, receiving the Outstanding Contributor Award in Q1 2015 and Q1 2012. Earlier experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at the Center for Economic Development, Sales Associate at ComputerWorks, and Math Tutor at Butte College. Shaun holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, and an AA in Social and Behavioral Science from Butte College.
