Mr. Chan Yau Wah, aged 62, is the deputy chairman of the Company. Mr. Chan was appointed as an executive director of the Company on 13 September 1996. He is also a general manager in Hi-Tech Investment Holdings Limited. Mr. Chan joined the Group in December 1990. He is responsible for the planning and management in production activities. He holds a higher diploma in production and industrial engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic (now known as The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) and a diploma in management studies from the Hong Kong Management Association. He has over 34 years of experience in the industry.
