Mr. Li Yuen Kwan, Joseph, aged 68, graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo in the United States of America and holds a bachelor of science in business administration degree. Mr. Li was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company on 24 August 2005. After working in the business sector for nine years, he joined the Secretariat of Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 1985 as an assistant director and in 1992 he was appointed as a director of the Secretariat of Federation of Hong Kong Industries from which post he retired in January 2005. He has over 27 years’ experience in serving the manufacturing industry of Hong Kong.
