Arnold Cardenas

Arnold Cardenas has a wealth of experience in human resources and management. Arnold began their career in 1989 as a Recruiter at Marriott Rivercenter Hotel. From there, they served as an EEO/AA Officer & HR Generalist at GC Services until 1994. Arnold then joined San Antonio Zoological Society as an HR & Safety Manager until 1997. Arnold then worked as an HR Director at American TeleSource International, Inc. for three years. Arnold later became an HR Manager at Abacus Communications from 2000 to 2001, followed by a role as an HR Manager at The Coleman Company, Inc. from 2001 to 2006. Arnold then worked as an HR Manager at Alcoa from 2006 to 2007, and as an HR Manager at The SYGMA Network from 2007 to 2010. Currently, they are serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at K Partners Hospitality Group, a position they have held since November 2010.

Arnold Cardenas attended Antonian College Prep from 1977 to 1981. Arnold did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. Subsequently, from 1981 to 1989, Arnold attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources.
